EARS/ODC Employment Project:
The EARS/Occupational Development Center(ODC) Employment Project is a cooperative program that provides
supported employment for Lancaster County businesses to hire qualified individuals with developmental disabilities.
The trained experienced staff can assist your company in meeting your employment needs by providing a perfect job
match, on the job training, and follow up services. Supported employment is used to provide assistance and ongoing support
to individuals with developmental disabilities and employers in order to secure and maintain employment in the community.

Services EARS/ODC Employment Project Provide:
- Ongoing communication between employer, employee and Job coach
- Job development
- Task analysis of job
- Arrange interviews/tours at prospective job sites
- Job counseling
- Resolve Transportation Issues
- On the job training
- Follow up and assessment
- Retraining, at employers request
- Recommend alternatives, to ensure successful employment
