Ears ODC Site

The EARS/Occupational Development Center(ODC) Employment Project is a cooperative program that provides supported employment for Lancaster County businesses to hire qualified individuals with developmental disabilities. The trained experienced staff can assist your company in meeting your employment needs by providing a perfect job match, on the job training, and follow up services. Supported employment is used to provide assistance and ongoing support to individuals with developmental disabilities and employers in order to secure and maintain employment in the community.
