The Mobile Job Crew is made up of workers who are selected from the VU and the Advanced Training Unit. Selection is based on criteria that ensure that the individual has the skills to work on a semi-independent basis. The jobs done by the mobile job crew include: Cleaning, lawn care, light maintenance, and production work. All work is done outside of the EARS facilities. EARS also provides transportation to our clients who reside in Lancaster County. Transportation is based on need, location, and capacity of vans.
